José is a Mexican architect and interior designer who returned to Mexico after studying and working in the United States, including several projects in New York. Drawn back to his roots, he chose to build his career in the city where it all began. Being part of HAAB opened doors for him — connecting with creatives from different industries and allowing him to grow, collaborate, and establish himself locally.

He is especially passionate about large-scale developments that engage deeply with local culture. José enjoys collaborating with artisans, particularly in coastal regions, where craftsmanship, context, and design come together. For him, the most meaningful projects are those that blend architecture, culture, and community — spaces that are as inspiring to create as they are for people to inhabit.
