Emotions, Thoughts, and Actions: Understand how aligning your thoughts, feelings, intentions, and actions enhances your ability to self-regulate and find emotional clarity.
Anatomy of Breath and Posture: Explore the vital role that breath and posture play in your overall neurophysiology and personal sense of safety.
Breathwork for Co-regulation: Practice intentional breathwork techniques to support your nervous system’s ability to feel safe and self-regulate.
