About Event: Breathwork is a tool that alters your state of consciousness to reach places in your mind that are typically inaccessible, using only your breath. The session serves as a catalyst to bring forth emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects of awareness, reducing stress, reprogramming behaviors, and optimizing mental health. We will accompany the process with a cold plunge to use the breath as a source of calm in vulnerable situations and to strengthen the resilience muscle of our mind.
