In this workshop, we will explore Vedic traditions of rounding and Sanskrit mantra chanting to promote relaxation and balance.
Rounding combines yoga, breath work, meditation, and rest to release stress and calm the nervous system. Sanskrit mantras, drawn from sacred Vedic texts, use vibrational energy to enhance focus and inner peace.
These practices will help ground the nervous system, balance emotions, deepen intuition, and connect with ancient traditions of devotion.
