Blue Lotus  works as a vehicle of emotions and sensitivity, and with the heart as the main motor it can take us to deep states of body relaxation and creativity, integrating visualization, music and sound, brain speed will relax as well, navigating a liminal journey between reality and dreams where higher states of consciousness are activated, anxiety and stress relieves, and physical body recalibrates.
